Trusted Tech Care is a service-first small business founded by Vinnie Flynt in 2025, with a clear mission: making today’s technology feel simple, accessible, and empowering for seniors and their families.

After a 25-year career at Microsoft as a developer, consultant, and product manager, Vinnie saw firsthand how powerful tech could be—and how frustrating it can feel when it doesn’t work the way we need it to. Having collaborated with major OEMs like Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Surface, and played a pivotal role in launching the first Microsoft Stores, Vinnie knows technology inside and out. But more importantly, he understands how to bring it down to earth.

His journey with tech started as a Nuclear Electrician’s Mate on submarines in the US Navy, proving that even the most complex systems can be managed with patience, training, and clarity.

Over the years, Vinnie became the go-to tech helper for friends and family—answering questions, solving problems, and demystifying devices. But he began to notice a troubling pattern: most people were just getting by. Simple questions like “How do I format this document?” or “How do I insert a photo?” were going unanswered. And more serious concerns—like “Is this email legitimate?” or “How do I know if this message is really from my bank?”—were slipping through the cracks.

There was no trusted resource for everyday tech support, especially for seniors. That gap inspired Trusted Tech Care: a service built not just on technical expertise, but on empathy, clarity, and real human connection.
