2. Can you help someone even if they’ve never used a smartphone or computer before?

Absolutely. We specialize in patient, one-on-one guidance for all skill levels—from total beginners to those seeking advanced tips.

3. Do you come to senior living facilities or homes?

Yes! We provide in-home service and support at private residences and retirement communities.

4. What does a typical training session include?

Each session is customized to the client’s needs. It may include email setup, app usage, video calling, smart home routines, entertainment platforms, and more.

5. How long does a service appointment usually take?

Appointments are for 60 minutes —additional time can be booked if needed. For multiple services like home automation, device support, and one-on-one tutorials, we recommend starting with a 2-hour booking. However, additional time can always be booked, later.

6. Can you set up everything remotely instead of coming in person?

While in-person help is ideal for setup and training, we do offer remote support options for troubleshooting, guided walkthroughs, and quick fixes. Those are offered under the Digital Concierge service.

7. How much does a visit cost?

Pricing is typically $149.00 an hour for all services. However, Digital Concierge is a monthly subscription that offers 2 hours for $199.00 a month.

8. What safety and privacy precautions do you take?

We never access personal data without your consent. We follow strict privacy practices and encourage secure password and account management throughout the visit.

9. Can you help sync my devices so I get photos, messages, and alerts across all of them?

Yes! We help you connect phones, tablets, picture frames, smart speakers, and other devices so they work together seamlessly.

10. What happens if I need help after our appointment?

We offer ongoing support options and follow-ups (Digital Concierge or a singular site visit) if you’d like refresher sessions or have any issues. We’re always happy to guide you again.
